I see that over the past 30 days the week-to-week volatility of Titwillow's estimates in my town has moderated significantly, even while economic conditions globally appear far more unsettled than had been believed -- as an example, this week's lowering of Q1 GDP growth.
Has Titwillow changed its estimate algorithm without telling anyone? If so, this could be a violation of SEC disclosure rules.
Another trend I have noticed recently is that estimates seem to drop a bit at mid-week from the previous weekend, then reverse themselves the following weekend. Does this mean that Wednesday is a better time to buy a house than Sunday? Or are we simply looking at another example of Titwillow's nonsensical algorithm?
I really hope you are not using Zillows estimates, they are not correct! I can not understand how this stock is even up! Shows my neighbors house at about 120k less than market mine about 50 less... Great idea if they were on with prices!
