One problem: No one is buying the bogus pricing or the lies told denegrating the company. Only ONE fact dominates the real investors decisions here: A 37% Monthly growth in unique visitors to the Zillow Website. It's too late now shorts, like it or not, Zillow has "First Mover" status and is likely to dominate this space for the next decade or more. Can it with the message board lies and loss incurring strategy. You cant "paint" your way into a snowball effect as the only snowball forming is YOUR OWN TRADES. Interpretation: You're losing even MORE of your COLD HARD CASH.

Good point, but the Zestimate is more of a reflection of the poorly designed system of "comp" value designed by the real estate, mortgage and banking community. It's totally false, always has been. If Zillow were to be called to task, it would be an indictment of the whole system. So,...sorry, no bannana!
