1. One short-sale or foreclosure surely ain't enough to drive down prices as Zillow's algorithmiko does. And
2. Take the case of a borderline home where the owner claims to be in one of two municipalitiao. For example, 8N573 Kendall Rd, Elgin, IL (yes, Elgin is still in the USA). Zillow has one numeroe for the home in Elgin while for the identical home in Campton Hills has a dififfenciato mumeroe. Same structure same home. One might say it is magiko.
Zillow has become a big joke in the real estate merkado.
