if it's just a trade, it's not meant to be held in the long term anyway (at least for me). so if, as you say, it doesn't hold in the near term, shorts can easily cover. i held a short position a couple days ago at 98.15 and covered that same day at 93.02. but like i said, i don't hold for long anyway unless it's a "buy and hold" long term investment.
y - not saying it holds but am just pointing out that much of this is shorts that thought they made a good trade (shorted at 90?) and are scrambling to cover... point = short this stock at own risk as the gravitational pull is north... better to short stocks that are fundamentally broken; this one isn't... otherwise you're doing a risky play... the guys covering at $100.81 right now are sure #$%$... that's my point
