The 0.09c was exactly what I predicted for 1Q10, see my previous post here. You were setting wrong expectations if you predicted 15c, not their fault. The momentum going forward has not changed much. It's still a huge increase yoy and sets the stage for 0.50+ eps this year vs. 0.11 last year.
It will go up!
They only produced 156,000 metric tons of coal.
If they can produce 210,00 metric tons of coal, Q2 will be great!
"Coal Group produced approximately 156,000 metric tons of coal during the three months ended February 28, 2010. Coal Group’s business is seasonal in that sales are low in the first quarter of a year relative to the other three quarters due to the Chinese New Year holiday. "
Hey it was a decent quarter.....working capital deficit was 22 million last quarter and now only 15 million.....they are generating a lot of cash.
Pumpers don't know this company but they'll do an acquisition later in the year.
Stop trying to talk yourself into a good quarter! First even with a 2 week shut down that should have only been 2 cents(since last quarter they earned .15c in 12 weeks, thats about a penny a week) Secondly, they will be diluting big time to stay alive and thirdly they are a long way off for uplisting.(5 indepent directors, board members, SEC filing updates, Application made, review process, comments made by SEC then answered by company..etc..etc) Even with .10 eps x 4 quarters = .40c eps x 10 p/e = $4 stock..not much growth imo.
