You are lying to yourself if you think you know whether the dilution will be in parts or all at once. They are just using standard language. And the fact that there are warrants is not good, as the warrant buyers always short the hell out of the stock. The NG vehicle playing is good for commercial vehicles, but the cost premium on the purchase of passenger vehicles is absurd.
