  Oil will go up again after a short term retreat and Nat Gas will drop to 2.00 or below..Think longer term

  matt simmons stated in his book "twilight in the desert" that when alaskas north slope oil production declines to 400000 bpd there wont be enough pressure for it to cross the two mountain ranges it must to reach valdez by pipeline.
