They have been making Millions. How long will the shareholders condone this selfish, selfserving only gains? The SP is reflecting the shareholders distrust. They will have difficult time approaching suitable partners when the revenues are for their pockets only. (80-90 millions in the past two years) No other company you have to scroll down at infinitum to see all the insiders transactions. IS Boon and the directors all in favor? It seems so.
Gas stations at the retail level have narrow margins. CLNE's problem is that they are building 300 stations across the U.S. on truck stop operations, so they will have to split any revenue-profits with the truck stops. As a former station owner there is not a lot of profit at the final distribution point which is the retail station. Since CLNE does not own the real estate and in most cases the truck stops where they are entering into joint ventures also does not own the real estate, the profit on each gallon of fuel which is small to begin with for the retailer is going to be smaller still. Making money is going to be problematic.
Go away shorty! Do you own the stock? My suspicion is that you either dont own it and are a paid basher or you own it at a few dollars less than you bought it for. Sell it and get out and then move on to being a winer somewhere else. Do you really think that anyone is listening to this bantering from you anyway?
