I don't know what their basis is on the LA Radio station but $ 110 Million looks real good to me. The best thing they could do for the stockholders is to purchase some or all of that PRD issue at a huge discount.....Looks like a smart sale....Finally those have done something that makes sense......WOW thought it would never happen.
