Dave that was very nice of you to be helpful to fellow EMMS posters. It's too bad there has to be people like krakowich, who like a small minority on every board, have to call people names and be sarcastic. These types must be lonely, insecure individuals, with no life of their own!!

1. Nasdaq has notified EMMS that it will be delisted from the Nasdaq in March 2010 if it doesn't regain compliance with the Nasdaq minimum bid rule of one dollar per share. It appears that EMMS will regain compliance on Mon. Oct 26, so that issue should soon be resolved.
2. Earnings were released Oct. 9, and reflected a steep loss. However revenues increased 5.5 million quarter over quarter, which has generated a lot of enthusiasm.
