It's not going to the pink sheets. You're going to miss your opportunity, which in my opinion is right now. I believe management has integrity, and fully realizes that with the going private transaction long since kaput, it has an obligation and interest in maximizing the public market value of the company, as part of fulfilling its fiduciary duty. I have full confidence in that, in fact. That certainly doesn't preclude mr. Smulyan from coming in with another bid, at some point in the future...but it certainly doesn't mean that management is going to seek to "help" Mr. Smulyan. The NASDAQ listing will be defended in every way possible, is my strongly felt conviction. And we still have plenty of time.
