I sold out all my positions last week; took a beating on emms. I fear pink sheets / delisting will be worse than current .77 cents. (Note travails / price of The BUZZ FM.) I'm going to try my luck with AXAS (petro.), which has been good to me in the past. Best of luck to those who continue to have faith in emms.
Too bad you weren't paying attention to what management has been blatantly saying publicly. Thanks for your shares, which I no doubt bought some of, today.
Learn how to analyze fundamental value, and you will be "scared out" of a position, right at a bottom.
If they resolve the preferred stock remaining, in a fair settlement, the common is probably worth anywhere from $2.50-4.00, I believe. If they refinance, eventually, that can be the "unlocking" event. Or a going private transaction could. Or a monetization of the LA Grupo Radio transaction could. Or probably one or two other things they might not have informed us about.
Ignore the negative book value. The asset values here are a hell of a lot more than 75 cents.
