The option you refer was a put/call option for 1.666 million shares at an average price of $9.23 held by various Trian entities. The option expired on 7/1/07. The stock closed at $11.11 at the end of June, so the option gets exercised. That option was already in place at the time of the original January filing by Trian, and was disclosed at that time. It's exercise was automatic, and would have cost Trian money if they failed to exercise at that time. So I maintain my original position: Trian, Peltz, and Garden have not touched a single share since January. What are they thinking -- Bob's doing a great job, sit back, relax?
