    I just Bought In!!

They make crop chems and liquid plummer, pool chems and so on I believe even in a bad market people will still purchase these things. I also like the charts and the company good luck to you!

    • Let me guess... you are either Edward Garden, Stephen Forsythe, or the Shamwow guy, right. (No offense intended to the real Shamwow guy, whose product is not a sham.) And you are probably expecting a HUGH (not huge) 40% dividend yield since you did all of your homework and learned that they pay a 0.05 quarterly dividend.
Two points of advice: 1) much better people than you or me have lost a lot of money on this 'specialty' chemical maker. The CEO and CFO (stands for Chief Financial Officer) combined bought about 650,000 shares well north of $1.50/share about 2-3 months ago. I'm sure you won't lose as much as those two geniuses.
      2) Liquid Plummer is made by The Clorox Company. But thats no big deal since this company makes the much more popular "Greased Lightning" and "The Works" cleaning products.

If you want to talk about their inventory and receivables and asset sales paying off their HUGH debt, I am willing to listen. But as an on-going concern, all of the Greased Lightning in the world couldn't clean up this mess of a company.

      • You just "bought in" alright!!! I started buying in when this company went down to $6 and then kept on buying when it went up to, what, $17? and then have watched it lose money ever since then. I used to think that Chemtura was going to make it big, but the only thing that got bigger was the lies coming from the "oval" office. Don't see this company surviving the coming debt payment and no one is going to loan this turkey any money except at loan shark rates.

The only people they had who were any good at running business were run off by Wood because they didn't agree with his policy. Since they have left, the businesses greatly deteriorated to the point that this company can't save them. couple that with the overall economic situation and Chemtura is doomed, and Frank had nothing to do with it.
