There are bound to be some workers at some stores that are just not up to snuff. Almost every store I go to has very good service and attention to detail. On occasion I have a wrong drink or not mixed right. Sometimes I ask for a re-do. Anyway, they have plenty of goodwill as the business is really popular with the public at large.
