I am not pro-gay or anti-gay and I agree with Schultz if you don't agree with the companies views don't invest or buy sbux products. The world has changed like it or not, gays are customers too and it's just good business sense to not discriminate against them. We all must tolerate each other not love each other, you don't have to be pro-gay to tolerate gays, let them do their thing and you do yours and get on with more important things in your life.
Starbucks is not Schultz. If Schultz wants to let HIS opinions be known, than he should let it be known it's only his opinion, and not commit Starbucks Corp. to his views. If he takes it private thats another story.
But he's been very successful and why does it bother you? If you are against gay marriage that's fine, be against gays too. I'm not for the gay lifestyle personally but they're here to stay, so why insult them because they do buy Starbucks products. You don't have to be pro-gay or even like gays or gay marriage, I'm not crazy about it but we must accept them as part of our society because they're here. I know Schultz is a flaming liberal but he runs a great company so while I disagree with him on many political issues I know enough to know he knows what he's doing.
