There are always a few haters but let's face it these guys are the best everyday , every-way , any where. King of the Hill going to $100 in 12 months. Get on the train before it leaves the station. Last quarter was the warning that even when retail was terrible that they over performed all retail on a comparable sales gain. Going up and more affirmation will be added as the new quarter develops. $100 is very realistic as it becomes even more apparent that the Brand's latent value begins to increase the price per share. Earnings growth of 25% last quarter on a 5% comparable store increase. What happens as the sales catch fire ? And they will as they sold more gift cards than the annual revenue of KKD and Dunkin's annual revenue combined. These cards will begin to be used this quarter accelerating the top line revenue faster than LY and probably faster than plan. Brilliant !!!
The key is the Brand. No question about it . The Brand Strategy has been carefully honed over the last decade into World Class Premier Status. The Brand + EPS Growth + Revenue Growth = $100 a share in 12 months imo.
