Why CPST is a 10X Stock

The president has been informed by top scientists that it is imperative to transition away from diesel and coal. They recommend vast use of alternatives including natural gas. The Arctic ice thickness (mass) has been determined to be melting away at an accelerating pace. The temperatures are going to rise globally much more than anticipated. In addition, vast new NG fields have been discovered in the Arctic areas as well as off the coast of South America. There is a huge glut of NG, which means that the differential between diesel and NG will remain great into the foreseeable future. Do not be fooled by the day to day price swings of NG futures, the economic trend is heavy downward pressure. More utilities converting from coal to NG will take up some of slack, but the glut is so huge. CPST will soar as it soon reaches profitability. In addition, climate change is putting additional pressures on the national grid, which will propel companies to use alternative power. Natural gas is the next transportation fuel and CPST is well positioned to take advantage of the trend.

    • Even without all the Arctic ice melting goodness, CPST is a 10X Stock after reverse split.
Somehow, cpstnauts do not care for that fatality to occurr, fearing cpst will just start diluting again, something quite impossoble with stock at 90 cents -and -a -change. Would you still like cpst after the reverse split, wayne?

      Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • "Why CPST is a 10X Stock"

      Does "X" stand for cent?

    • According to the best informed cpst holders, it is already under way, given another quarter or three. Should I say cpst is a buy?

It is self evident it is. With cpst shorts pool shrinking by 727, 000 shares a day, and covering at 90 cents, says all there is to know. Cpst is at the bottom of the current range, and the only way for cpst to go is UP!!!

The time is due for a decent cpst short squeeze to get cpst up to at least $1.83 dollar level, where most of cpst holders are trapped, and waiting for me to start the overdue rescue mission. I shall do my best to make your cpst dream come true.
My name is turnip.blossom, and I know cpst.

...CPST will soar as it soon reaches profitability.

    • say the stock price at the end of the calandar year is based on expectations of the following 12 months. I will not get into it (nor say I expect it), but I can see where sales could be 250 million in 2014. The company has said that they can achieve 35% margin so that would be about 87 million, subtract about 40 million in overhead so earnings of 47 million on 300 million shares = 15 cents. This does not account for taxes. So, 15 cents forward earnings times 30 would be about $4.50 at the end of the year.
The keys are hitting close to the 35% margin and having 35-40% sales growth per year after the current quarter. Big ifs!!!!
Do I expect these results? no, but I do see the winds changing for the sales to average over 30% a year increase. I consider it less likely to hit the 35% margin. I would say that $3 per share at the end of the year is possible if things progess well, with $5 possible if everything falls in place exceptionally well.
I also could see the stock being $.70 if they screw up.
I am invested for now because I feel the upside in the next 12 months could go as high #$%$ and as low as 70 cents on the downside. About a 25% downside risk and a possible 400% upside.

      • That's the way I see it. With (IFs) potentials & possibilities. Accessories, Parts & Warranties providing the catalyst. The prime new ingredient. Don't know anything about corporate taxes. But with CAPS LOSSES (carryover). They shouldn't have to pay any Taxes or Significant taxes for a hundred years. I believe when, if, GROSS MARGIN reaches (35)% the stock price will go to ($5) dollars. I believe it will happen in early 2014. Or later. Naw I'll say the first qtr (2014), 35% Gross margin then a ($5) dollar stock price!

      • I am with you, popeye!!
I am also seriously considering splurging in cpst to the tune of at least $100,000, if not more. The odds are so much in favor of cpst doing well, I doubt they can screw it up any more they had already.

And if I am wrong, which is more than possible, cpst will chose to do the reverse split first, and before any talks of bankruptcy become an option of the last resort.

Certainly, cpst does care for her stockholders. But looking at 306 million shares, worth $275 million to cpst by going for Chapter 11 is a morcel too tempting to leave behind. Cpst will thrive after declaring bankruptcy better than ever.
That is the only way to go for cpst.

      • they won't pay any taxes cause of the hUGE CARRYOVER LOSSES they have

thats another reason why they are a great takeover candidate

      • Certaily worth you trouble, eyepoppinimages. Cpst is worth every bit of it.
I have put cpst buy orders at 71 cents, and may have to pull it back after enough cpst idiots gulp it.

    • Why not indeed. With the China economy booming, demand for cpst turbine is going to be insatiable and will propel cpst into a glory. Sp watch out shorts!

      Cpst is about to surge!!

    • Let's say capstone earns $10 mill. next year, and trades at a growth stock price of 40X earnings.--10x40 = 400 mill. / 380 mill shares= $1.25. I think we will make this price next year, with some luck.

    • in order for cpst to be a $10 stock
it would need annual rev of at least $1billion dollars and even then it would be trading at 3X sales which is expensive
i'd be very happy if it traded at $2 this yr

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
