Well, it didn't have the morning run-up like it usually does, plus oil is down today, so if oil ends up closing down (which seems to never happen of course), then the selloff in the afternoon of ROYL will be more than usual I think and it may want to retest the 7.30 level either exactly, or maybe 10 cents above it to try & double bottom.
These high flyers in such a short time tend to have somewhat of a downward bias for a few weeks to test the support down there. If it's strong, it bounces higher, if not, it retraces 100% usually.
