I think they have a good idea when to sell.

There's a ton of reasons why an insider would sell- taxes, divorce, wants to buy a new house, etc. I wouldn't read into it too much. It's not surprising, that stock has been on a huge run...I'd be shocked if a few insiders weren't locking in some profits. They'd be dumb not to. And 13,500 shares? Big deal.

especially since that person bought 50,000 shares in december I believe.

we knew that 2 days ago. and that director had bought like 50,000 shares a month ago. insiders still hold like 3.5 million shares.
