Does anybody know the price of 1 cubic feet of natual gas? So we can estimate the revenue per day. Market Cap of 35 Mio at the moment and this huge production per day looks to me from a merket cap much tooo low. Any thoughts?
The oil production is where the money is not in natural gas. At $3.40 mcf is break even after cost of production. A 1 million Cubic Feet per day is not a very good well. It`s just average. A good well is 5 to 8 million some are 20 million per day.
3.70 1,000 cubic ft than comes to 370,000 roughly gross a day if you wanted to know curently royl is pumping 12 to 16 million cubic feet per day, this is a very large production well considering how many wells a curently pumping the norm for royl, on an average royl gets 38 to 49% of the take with the rest going to land owners, and partners, leases so please let me know if im wrong hope this helped
That's why hardly anyone is drilling NG wells in sac basin. Only works if your a boiler room company, like Roysle, that makes a small profit drilling regardless of results...the mainstream O&G's are chasing liquids. Same cost to drill with significantly higher IRR's.....what's this company thinking? Get in the game.....
