NO----ROYL produces minute amounts of NG---not oil, and the pipeline from Canada will be an oil-pipeline. Also, ROYL operations for their dinky wells is in Calif.
The pipeline will run north to south----Canada to Louisiana ......over 1000 miles to the east of ROYL minni-gas wells.
