We are all going to face weaher challenges no matter where we live. The fact is most of US will be in much more pleasant weather in this Country in the very near future including Alaska this could and will affect Conoco,ROYL and Great Bears abilities with acreage and leases. The State incentives for all involved has sweetened by now for sure because 90 pct of their revenue is through OIL and to fill the pipeline is a top priority!
