Based on Ramparts ability to draw funds, and its increasing share price, the next $2.7mil looks good. However, I suspect when the payment is made and Royale does a press release the shares will surge ($2.90-$3.05) and then in minutes drop and settle in the mid $2.70's thanks in large part to the MM's...this has been played out several times since this JV was first announced. Alaska shale needs to generate more activity and different participants to overcome the markets suspicions. In the meantime Royale management need's to hone in on cost. While they have made huge strides compared to previous years I don't see why they can't simply break even on operations rather than burning appox. $1mil/per quarter. For starters SG&A looks rather plump up against the shrinking revenues. Also, in regards of their inability to keep revenues from decreasing, I wonder if their going to have to take a bath on the booked reserves...Not bashing and I still own all my shares, but just giving my 2 cents.
