over the weekend. The AGA has just reported that last week there was a withdrawal of 195 bcf from storage levels from the previous week. This now represents only 35% of full up storage. Storage is now down 27.3% from the same time last year. So why do I mention this...well in my humble opinion there will be no shoulder months this year as the natural gas companies scramble to fill up storage and at the same time meet the demands for summer cooling as more and more electrical generation plants are using clean NG in place of oil fired. Think about it and if you think my analysis is incorrect come back at me. In the meantime I remain very bullish on the future of Royale Energy. Remember my predictions. Only time will tell if I am right but in the meantime good investing to you and to your families.
I agree with you. I don't know if you read and/or contribute to PYR's board on Stockhouse, but there's is frequent comment re the weekly NG storage volumes in the US and the drawdowns. It's the author's contention in these writeups that agrees with you completely and it makes sense to me, too. Also, did I hear on TV correctly that CA has just this week allowed users to install their own electricity generating systems. Would you or some reader of this please confirm or clarify my thinking re this. If true, isn't this going to put added starin of CA's overtaxed NG distribution/supply situation?
larrydett, If Ca would be smart, which they arnt, because I used to live there, they would allow tax credits for wind and solar power installations. If on the beach or in the SF Valley or the high sierras, there is always one or even both wind and UV. There are only 5 out of 31 tickers on my oil/gas chart in the RED, allothers are on a uptick! I tink next week we are going to be on the roll! Regards, ROWDY
