hp dv7 sold by office max NOT COMPATIBLE

with the FREE UPGRADE to window 7 due to certain incompatible hardware/software/design.
HP refuses to take responsibility as it sold it to Office Max with window vista.
MS installed free window 7upgrade, but does NOT care if it works with HP's hardware/software/design.
Office Max who sold it to consumers.................SILENCE.
    HP, MS, OMX collusion?????

NOPE,NO COLLUSION AMONGST RETAILERS SINCE THAT REQUIRES SOME HIGHER IQ's.
IMO,CARLI FIORINA RUNNING FOR BARBARA BOXER'S SENATE SEAT WOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

Your first mistake was to buy a computer from Office Max. They are 2 years behind in technoolgy and get outdated computers from the the big box stores who unload them cheap to bring in the newer stock.
