FTC killed an ODP/SPLS merger in 1997. I doubt they will allow two of these three to merge with each other.
Surley you gest. Come on that was 1997 and very political. Any merger with OMX and ODP or OMS and SPLS would have no problem tith the feds.I think Staples might - might take out OMX. No deal with ODP IMHO
I think Staples will buy them out.No one will touch Depot and there are too many players in this space. IMHO
