Congratulations to OMX executive leadership team for returning yet another sub par quarter. Maybe if they cut out the excessive mid management fat and replace it with qualified sales people you'll finally see the expected results.
I agree. There are millions of unrealized sales in their existing account base if they could only find qualified sales specialist who know the product and how to sell it. Today, their core sales team is strong, but their segment teams are weak at best. Some would call it smoke and mirrors. They need to invest more in their sales teams and less in management and administration teams.
