Shareholders, you have your annual meeting
Directors election & proxy voting documents in front of you
or in the mail to you. If you've got a beef, this is
your opportunity to act on it. I personally don't have
a problem with management so I'll vote for the
directors nominated, *but* voting "FOR" the endorsement of
the CERES principles is another way to send a signal
for accountability and disclosure. Its a harmless
environmental endorsement that will *not* require significant
administrative effort on TMO's part. Vote *FOR* Ceres
endorsement.
