Globalscape's Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for AppShield development

I would like to see the company "issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) [for AppShield development] that contains a general scope of work and solicitation criteria. Consultants [& software development engineers skilled in whitelisting] would submit their qualifications for evaluation, and the company then would select the persons to move forward with the [AppShield] project.

During the subsequent work, Globalscape would periodically conduct shareholder/investor outreach meetings and communications throughout the development project to inform the shareholders and partners about the project, to discuss the development project information and to identify/delineate future tasks, phases, features etc.. Some of these meetings and communications would provide shareholders an opportunity to ask questions and be kept informed on the project's progress.

I borrowed from somewhere for this RFQ. I would feel more comfortable with AppShield if I saw that the company was actively seeking qualified developers to submit their qualifications to do such a job with appShield. There's an old saying, You have not because you ask not. Who knows who might respond to their RFQ with all the right qualifications.

However, as of today, there is no job listing or RFQ on the career job page seeking whitelisting developers. Whitelisting developers could be individuals, teams, state-side, off-shore, outsourced, academic, professional, etc.

Get the RFQ online and see who responds. Couldn't hurt; but it could help; might be the answer.

Just a thought. In my opinion a cost-effective possibility with good potential.
