    Management

I rarely post here, but as a very long time holder of this stock and its predecessor, I admit that I have lost faith in our management. Remember when we were effectively debt free and with positive earnings? We were pushing $3.00 per share and higher. We now have debt, negative earnings and a string of poor investments and acquisitions. To the Board: Stop trying to grow by acquisition. You are not good at it. Deal with the debt and try and get some positive earnings. Other than that, it may be time to exist this stock.

    Sentiment: Hold

    • I am still scratching my head wondering how GSB's CEO structures a deal with no collateral,it's one thing if CT went bankrupt but they were aquired and shareholders were left holding the bag.

JM needs to elaborate his new plans now in detail or we are left to believe AS is a dead issue.

We as shareholders are treated like second class citizens by our CEO and his lackluster ways are boring me to death, not to mention his obligation to shareholders. The honeymoon is over Jim.

    • Agreed. I've been here since the beginning. And their attempt to explain the CT debacle through a FAQ was ludicrous. They should be more proactive about this mess with a better explanation of how it happened and how it won't happen again. 25% drop in a week. Lets see if management sees this as a buying opportunity with some real money of their own.

Disclosure: this stock is becoming a joke like its brother DGTI
