Does anyone know why Faro's CFO is leaving? It doesn't make sense that Faro replaces him with someone outside of the industry who has no public company experience as a CFO.
New CFO is EX GE like the CEO .International experience building and leading finance organizations.
Specialties: Turn-around situations, operational process efficiencies, merger & acquisition integration - this is a Faro "need" if they are going to do something with their excess cash.
Why not a dividend? A CFO change fives the market a sense of problems...
