    Delay in filing Form 10-K

Just spoke with Laura McAllister of GPIC.

When I asked her about the nature of the problem, she replied that the company wouldnt elaborate beyond what was said in the original press release but that it would be clarified in the upcoming Form 10-K.

I then went on to ask if the issue(s) responsible for the delay in filing would cause or call for a restatement of prior financials and her answer was: I sure hope not.

In attempting to confirm the information published by MacroWorld Investor that GPIC had rescheduled its Q4 release date to April 16th, she said that she wasnt aware of any such notice / date having been released.

Next, I questioned Laura on how the 15-day extension for the filing is calculated and if these are calendar or working days. She said that the original on-time filing date for GPIC was April 2nd and that the 15 days were calendar days. Therefore we are now looking at April 17th as the latest filing date (unless the company requests another extension).

Last, I inquired if the company had set a date for the AGM and she confirmed that GPIC was planning to hold its annual shareholders meeting on May 9th.

To conclude, the general tone of the conversation was very positive and I would venture to say that the cause for the delay doesnt appear to be material
