As for "no questions". I'm puzzled by that too. What questions would you have?
Seriously, here is my most pressing question……..Teva has not launched (except on the second least popular 40 mg. dose). And yet they still maintain 180-day exclusivity for other doses. Those 180 days don't start ticking until they launch. Could it be that Teva is holding back in order to prevent IPCI from gaining strength in the market? And is there any legal recourse that could bring us to market sooner, if Teva should continue to hold back launch of their approved doses?
