The Texas Senate has given its initial approval for sweeping abortion restrictions late on Friday, sending them to Republican Governor Rick Perry to sign into law after weeks of protests and rallies that drew thousands of people to the Capitol and made the state the focus of the national abortion debate.
Republicans used their large majority in the Texas Legislature to pass the Bill nearly three weeks after a filibuster by Democratic Senator Wendy Davis.
As protesters arrived in Austin, bottles of urine and feces, and even soiled tampons were confiscated by state troopers as they tried to prevent anything from disrupting the debate.
So what was the horrific news? Other than the fact that the pro-abortion witches brought bags of urine and feces to the capitol building, intending to throw their stinking contents at people who disagree with them.
Why is the liberal left so much against this bill. One would think that 20 weeks of pregnancy would be long enough for the woman to make up her mind if she would like to keep the baby or have it aborted.
