Just noticed that the dividend has been increased to $0.47 per quarter. That's up from the previous $0.36 per quarter, or about 30-something percent. Nice. Hopefully, this might give a little added kick to the current rally.
It always helps, when a company pays shareholders to hold. It generally shows that they are making money. It also drives down the short interest, because the shorts now have to pay more to play. Non dividend stocks have a much higher incidence of naked shorting, let alone regular shorting, because of the lack of dividend.
