    I dont think anything happens in this stock till next year, this stock has really lagged this year. I dont see anything that could make the stock go up. Earnings are slowing and there is no takeover, so does anyone share a different opinion? thanks

      You are 100 percent right. This stock goes down everyday, I dont care how much the div is, if the equity goes down everyday it doesnt matter. I have a better chance to hit the lotto than this junk being taken over. Its funny when the stock keeps going down, all the pumpers leave and when it has one up day, they start talking takeover. There is no way this ever gets taken out.

      The only possible upside for BDX is a takeover, but really why would anyone buy them? Crappy acquisitions, eroding margins, no growth. This company can no longer continue to issue debt to buy back enough shares to make EPS. Enjoy the dividend while your investment takes a beating.
