    Still in play?

    To work at BDX, one has to be a "wolf in lemings
    clothing". If you are not aggressive, you will not succeed
    and will be eaten. If you are fortunate at BDX, you
    will have a boss who mentors you (most don't). I had
    good bosses and I had some really bad ones at BDX (but
    had more of the scum-sucking, back stabbing,
    politicians then "straight" ones). It is a tight balancing
    act to be "assertive" and never speak up on issues
    that bother you. BDX operates according to Finagle's
    Law, which is: "The likelyhood of a thing happening is
    inversely proportional to it's desirability"
