Good Riddance
I found out today that I was one of the lucky
1000 !! I must say that it was all quite liberating.
Morale here is at a all time low. This company has been
the most politically corrupt company that I have ever
worked for. The root cause of all this, as a previous
poster identified, is the LACK OF LEADERSHIP across all
functions. They lack the vision and the courage "to do the
right thing".
After many years of employment
with BD, I must bid all my fellow "associates" a fond
farewell. Good luck to you all & the best of wishes from
me. I hope the shining knight will arrive and lead
you all to more prosperous times.-

Just to add my two cents:
I think it is
disgusting for anyone to trash their employer on a message
board. If they don't like it, get another job. I don't
see them refusing the paychecks!!!!!!!!!!!

analysis: Go ahead and try to get as good a job as you had
