He is very strategic leader, having been a Consultant for BD, prior to being hired. He tends to be a top down type upper manager who likes constant feedback and attention to detail on the projects that he is driving.
It seems to me that in this forum there are few people knowing few things more than the others . Well you are 100% accurate concerning Rey . But There is always a but His successor, Clateo just a couple of years back , published and distribute all around the company a list with something like 30 names the people who will lead the company in the future I can tell you for sure , that all around the company there were ( very few are still on board ) a good number of managers much better and much more competent than the ones in that list . For me it was a great surprise to see Ed succeeding Clateo instead of Gary . Clateo is a brilliant mind, always sales oriented, but he made two vital mistakes. Too many and continuous internal changes and second he allowed internal politics to overlap performance.
