Top Mgmt will negotiate their dispositions prior to any sale. Lower level positions will be eliminated by new owners consolidating. There may or may not be an agreed-upon plan for this transition as part of the sale.
So DO NOT expect any "window dressing" Mgmt layoffs as part of any sale. I just don't see it. Mgmt pink slips will be post-sale.
