For the record, there's no guarantee I'd keep realizing 6.6% unrealized cap gains in the stock every year to match the dividend and give me a steady 10%, although with compounding and dividends reinvested you'd do even better over time. That's of course what Warren is thinking. So it's a quick 20% pop instead and I'll stick that in another payer like JNJ, PG, MMM, HON, DE, PH, ADP. BKE, INTC...Lots of ways to skin a cat.
