The acts alleged were done by the former people in charge of the company GSK bought, so why are you pointing the finger at GSK for the insider trading of those people?If they did what is alleged, they should go to jail, but don't hold your breath. But unless you can show GSK was responsible, you are pointing your fingers at the wrong people.
