When GSK announced their results yesterday, they mentioned that the next quarterly dividend will be 18p. Does anyone know when that gets translated to $ for holders of ADRs? That is, is it possible today (or on the x-dividend day; or on the dividend payment day?) to figure the exact amount of the dividend in $ per share?
My question was more related to exchange rates. For shares on the LSE, they will pay 18p. Is the .578952 usd locked in, regardless of any changes in exchange rates between now and January...or does it get locked in based on the exchange rate at: x-d date, or record date, or payment date?
