They will definitely be consolidating the operating activity of all of the coal mines.
Most have missed the point anyway..... Coke is the name of the game here, not coal. All of the mine ownership structure is simply allowing for full production and securing raw coal supply to the new coking facility for years to come. They won't even be selling raw coal after the new coking facility opens, they will be consuming it at the plant!
They are rapidly growing the coke business and the new facility will allow for a lot more.
If they bought coal at FMV and didn't even operate any coal mines this stock should be worth $7-8.00. After the new coking facility opens in December the stock will be worth $12-15.
