Anything can happen in the short term. Here you see the stock traded higher but they AGAIN had negative earnings. And before anyone blames it on one-time items etc, it should be noted that with VOLC it's always something.
You may want to ask yourself how long a stock with negative earnings will trade higher.
The board ought to act soon in order to put in place management that can turn a profit when there is a big boost in revenue.
