Couple striking things: it takes just incredibly longer to get new devices on the US market than European markets (I'm told that they slip right into the US market if they can be presented as upgrades; it's the NOVEL devices that take forever). And it's taking forever for Volcano to re-rationalize production with the Costa Rica facility going (was production mixed too intimately with R&D?--that generally goes badly everywhere.).
