as i stated, the store i visited was an authorized dealer and not an actual att corporate store. the point i was trying to make is that the associate in this att authorized dealer store had no incentive to hype the lumia 900. however, this associate made it very clear to me that he will purchase the lumia 900 on his next handset upgrade because the phone is incredible. he also spoke highly of nokia's product quality and support. i find it remarkable that the only notable bug to be found so far in the lumia 900 is already a thing of the past due to nokia's immediate actions. the associate told be a story about a different manufacturer that didn't release an significant update/patch until almost a year later.
