In long run, the stock price reflects the fundamentals; but in short, they can be very volatile. Check one stock ROSG, yesterday I could buy it at $1.40, today it opend at $2.44, went to $7.80, and close at $4.98
Which price reflects the fundamentals today:$2.44, $4.98 or $7.80?
Same as NOK, if it was $5 today, it is reasonable as well
