Maybe this really is true. I doubted it because of the original link's dithering on this report. But here's where it really makes sense: China Mobile, the biggest carrier in China, is STILL not selling the iPhone! They're negotiating, and have been for some time, but CM does not as yet sell the iPhone. WP Power User is not the most reputable site as far as impartiality goes. But BGR is carrying the story with a little more detail.

Now if/when China Mobile actually starts selling the iPhone it will be interesting to see if WP has built up enough of a fan base to maintain that lead. Could be huge for WP and Nokia.- 1 Reply to rmbo47

There is reason why China Mobile doesn't want Iphone.
They want Window Phone which have more positve impact on business and economy.
Plus, Iphone makes a profit $400, the blood Chinese workers get less than $1 per phone

Why would they say "reportedly" in that article? Leads me to believe they have little confidence in the source. Hm......
